Don’t take our word for it

I have just completed my RYA L2 powerboat Course, it was a thoroughly detailed course taught by Storm (who is fantastically professional, engaging and just a good guy), the location is just exceptional and amazing to see London From that perspective. See you guys soon, as will be booking my VHF and intermediate courses.

Best service ever

"After searching across London for lessons on how to handle a RIB, Thames Active stood out as the best priced, best equipped and best located provider. On the course, the facilities were excellent, right next to Greenwich and the Cutty Sark. The instructor was extremely good in all respects and the course was excellently structured with 95% of the course on the river. On our second day, we even had the opportunity to lunch at Greenwich Yacht Club, all included in the cost of the course.

Being a total beginner, just looking for a fun weekend to learn a new skill, it was excellent. Others on the course were more seasoned sailors, learning for work related reasons and they found it great too.

I'd like to balance the review out with a negative, but I'm struggling. So if you're a novice looking for a fun weekend, or a rowing pro wanting a provider a professional outfit to train with - look no further"
